01. The order
When do I receive my order?
By placing an order, you are making an offer for the products. The acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the products, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. Upon completion of the order and the payment, a confirmation message will appear on our website. You will also receive a confirmation email to your email address.
If we cannot accept your order
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product.
A credit note valid for 3 (three) months, with the full amount paid, shall be given in case we are unable accept your order.
Your order number
We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
02. Shipping and Delivery
Our Site is currently able to ship to all eligible addresses worldwide excluding hostels, prisons, and P.O. Boxes addresses.
Delivery times appearing on the Site are estimates and are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
The costs of delivery will be as displayed on our website and may vary between different products and/or destinations. Delivery within the UAE for order over AED 1000 will be free of charge. For order under AED 1000, the cost of delivery will be indicated during the checkout process.
For delivery outside the UAE, customs and VAT may be applicable, including a higher delivery charge. If you wish to make an order from outside the UAE, please email us at email@example.com to assist you with delivery pricing and other fees applicable.
Time of delivery of the product(s)
The goods will be delivered to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 30 days after the day on which we accept your order.
Delays outside our control
If our supply of the product(s) is delayed by an event beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this fact, and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to terminate the contract and receive a credit note valid for 1(one) year, for any product(s) you have paid for but not received.

Collection by you
If you have asked to collect the product(s) from our premises, you can collect them from us at any time during our working hours (excluding public holidays) as displayed in our website.
03. Cancel or Returns
Tell us you want to cancel the order or return a product
To cancel an order or return a product, please let us know by doing one of the following:
Phone or email. Contact customer services at the Contact Numbers indicated above, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or text us through our social media accounts.
Please provide your name, home address, details of the order and, where available, your phone number and email address.
Faulty or misdescribed product(s)
If you change your mind
When your right to change your mind does not apply
Your right as a consumer to change your mind does not apply in respect of:
(a) damaged or destroyed product(s);
(b) products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes (for example earrings), once these have been unsealed, unpacked or untagged after you receive them;
(c) any product(s) which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.
(d) Any custom made items.
Returning product(s) after ending the contract
Costs of return
We will pay the costs of return:
(a) if the product(s) is/are faulty or misdescribed;
(b) if you terminate the contract because we have told you of an upcoming change to the product(s) or these terms, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong; or
(c) if you are exercising your right to change your mind as a consumer within 14 days.
In all other circumstances you must pay the costs of return.
What we charge for collection
How we will “refund” you
When your credit note will be provided
We will provide you with any credit note as soon as possible. If you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind then:
(a) Your credit note will be provided to you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product(s) back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product(s) back to us, either by email or by post.
(b) In all other cases, your credit note will be provided within a period of 14 days from the date you informed us of the fact that you have changed your mind.
To make a return, please keep in mind the following:
1. The date of your order’s delivery to the date of the submission of the return request should not exceed 15 calendar days.
2. The company’s special marker and the product’s tags should not be removed or damaged.
3. All product documents, such as packaging, receipt and certification of authenticity accompanying the product are part of the product and should be returned as well.
4. In case the product is accompanied by a gift, this should be returned as well.
5. The shipping package should be secure to prevent any damages during shipment. Our company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product shipped back to our company.
6. The package should be in its original (manufactured) state.
7. Any product returned must be in a new, unworn and resaleable condition and by the Terms and Conditions described herein, we reserve the right to refuse to provide you with a credit note where the product is returned damaged or showing signs of use or wear.
